The right approach

Logi Systems have consulted on improvements of hospital logistic in regards to an expansion of the hospital in Thorshavn. The expansion will be 10,000 m² and the budget is 500 mill. DKK.

Ole Nielsen was in charge of mapping the current flow at the hospital and gave advice on what could be optimized at the new hospital in terms of e.g. the location of things.
